"This Lebanese restaurant is in the town of Vernon, where you’ll catch the train back to Paris after a day of looking at Impressionist art at Le Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny. It’s open all day and serves healthy-ish small plates like garlicky labneh, babaganoush, skewers, and rikakat, cigars of crispy phyllo dough filled with jibneh cheese.
