"Crêpes Paulette is a bit outside the center of town, but it’s worth the trip for sweet, savory, or even sweet and savory crêpes. What started as a food truck is now a shop in a large warehouse, where people stand in line next to Parisian posters and watch chefs make crêpes in the kitchen. They have the standard options like nutella with strawberries, but we recommend the one with pesto and feta, as well as Reubenesque with corned beef and sauerkraut. It’s a perfect spot for a grab-and-go meal, especially before a second stop at Heroes Coffee right next door for a honey-salted caramel latte." - Ryan Bernsten
