It comes soaked in salsa roja and salsa verde that adds a tangy freshness to this pleasantly dense monstrosity. There’s a lot going on inside (and outside) this burrito, but somehow no ingredient—from the crema to the refried beans—gets lost. They mesh beautifully like a nice tie-dye shirt.
