While many other kebabiers focus on the meat, here, their house-marinated spit-roasted chicken plays backup to the roasted and raw carrots, peppers, zucchinis, and slaw that are packed into each sandwich. The housemade white sauce adds garlicky bliss, especially when paired with the spicy red harissa, while their sauce algérienne is a delicious play on Big Mac sauce. Whatever sandwich you choose, skip the wrap in favor of the sesame-studded bread that retains its structural integrity with every saucy bite.
