"El Porton de la Flaca sounds like a hit single by Juanes. But it’s really a Colombian restaurant in Doral that does a few things well, and others just meh. They excel in sancocho de costilla de res. It’s delicious, filling, and comes with a side of rice, salad, and tostones. But stay away from the bland bandeja paisa with chicharron that needs an extra few minutes in the fryer.
