"Monday through Wednesday, Dutch spot Winkel serves its entire breakfast menu a la carte—with things like shakshuka, fried french toast, and a rabbit frittata. Starting on Thursday, though, the Midtown Village spot does a $25 pre-fixe brunch where you can bring your own champagne (they’ll supply the OJ).
