But Tacombi, a taqueria chain with locations all over the East Coast co-owned by one of the Shake Shack guys, opened on Randolph and Peoria. The food is pretty good: they have chewy tortillas, crispy quesabirria, spicy esquites, and all the meat is flavorful.
