"If getting a tarot card reading while sipping Malbec in an old mansion sounds like your idea of a good time, this is your spot. Helka calls itself a “wine and experience bar,” so on any given evening, you might find bingo, a wine and art event, or a visit from a medium. Seating-wise, Helka has several different patios and retro-chic living rooms to choose from—in fact, there’s so much going on that you might not quite know what to do with yourself. But you’ll certainly never be bored, or thirsty. We recommend booking a table for a big group and ordering a couple of bottles you won’t see at other bars, like the Doña Paula riesling, or the Costa y Pampa pinot gris.
