Triangle Spirits Review - Fremont - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Within the dusty facade of a wood-paneled dive, Triangle Spirits casually serves some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in town. Their brittle dredge is delicate, breast meat stays moist, and simple toppings—lettuce, pickles, and plain ol’ mayo—prop up the poultry nicely. Their impressively straightforward cheeseburger with yellow american and relish-y special sauce is just as exemplary. Add some crispy fries or a scoop of mashed potatoes drenched in beefy gravy, and you’ve got way more than just a friendly, chill bar that shakes a mean coupe cocktail. You’ve got somewhere to sit down for dinner on purpose." - Aimee Rizzo
