Going to Mr Bao is a bit like having one of those tests. You cross things off the Taiwanese menu, and, because pretty much everything here is tasty and nice, it’s hard to fail. The baos are great, especially the mushroom and chicken ones, while the small plates are almost all consistent crowd-pleasers as well.
