"Getting a deep dish pizza by yourself can be like inadvertently entering a competitive eating contest. Luckily there’s The Art of Pizza, which offers very good deep dish by the slice. Yes, there’s thin crust and pan-style, but the best is their stuffed pizza with an extra layer of dough on top. It’s similar to Lou Malnati’s, but with way more cheese. Art of Pizza’s South Loop location is a counter-service operation and BYOB, and much smaller than the one in Lakeview.
