"The name says “Gumbo Shack,” but don’t skip the Soul Food section of Sal’s menu - which features oxtails, catfish, and more. As for that gumbo, the roux might be a bit thinner and lighter than you’d expect, but that doesn’t mean that it’s any less complex.
