"One stop over from Green Seed Vegan, the food truck Lindiana’s Southern Vegan Kitchen serves vegan comfort food that can keep up with local soul food spots, like beans and rice, macaroni & cheese, and fried chicken sandwiches. We like to get the oyster mushrooms po’boy for the crackling mushrooms that can be heard down the block.
