Inside, jazz acts fill the room most nights with live music while the bar whips up cocktails that are just as dazzling, like the Shroomin’—a pair of gin and matcha-based drinks poured into mushroom-shaped glasses and presented on a moss-laden board that trails dry ice smoke.
