"The Santa Anita mall has more Asian restaurants than shoe stores at this point, but the newest one brings something different to the mix. Xibei focuses on northwestern Chinese specialities like lamb stew, oat noodle salad, peking duck served with flour pancakes, and sweet options like housemade yogurt and chilled sticky rice with millet.
