And Lucy’s, which has a bunch of stalls throughout the Feast, makes the best ones. Fennel-forward, perfectly griddled sausage wheels get cut into links and are slapped onto soft bread with a huge pile of sweet onions and peppers. They’ve also got a pork braciole sandwich if you’ve been through a couple of times and are looking for something different.
