You start with pork belly tacos and natural wine downstairs, and then head up and through the beaded curtain, where DJs play cumbia and Bad Bunny, and agave-lovers sip rare mezcals under neon lights. Los Salvajes is open Thursday through Saturday, and it's a private bar according to their Instagram bio.
