"Ombra is a GLP that’s big on portions and atmosphere. Empty wine bottles find a new life as vases for dried flowers, candles flicker on tables, and puffy gnocco fritto saucers are punctured, photographed, and eaten on repeat at this Italian restaurant in Hackney. It’s busy but not in a rowdy way.
