Locust Rendezvous Review - Center City - Philadelphia - The Infatuation
"Vous in Center City is where the neighborhood heads to watch a game, order a plate of wings, and ignore them for the TV. The menu here is far more elaborate than you might expect at a neighborhood pub but it's all pretty skippable (except for the drums and flats). Go for the a Long Island, but heads up–you may flinch when they have a sip of the sweet-and-sour cocktail.
