New York City’s Best New Restaurants Of 2017

"Claro is the restaurant we’ll be at the second it’s warm enough to eat outside again - it has an incredible patio situation. But we’ll also be eating here regularly until then, in order to convince ourselves, for at least a meal, that we’ve escaped winter. This is the best new Mexican restaurant in NYC, and they serve the kind of food that you do not expect to find on the East Coast. A big part of that has to do with their tortillas, which are homemade and have more flavor than we understood tortillas could have." - bryan kim, katherine lewin, hillary reinsberg, chris stang
