"What we know about Undercroft so far is that celebrity chef Aldo Zilli is at the helm, it’s in Mayfair, and whoever wrote the menu is obsessed with alliteration—see, Aldo’s Appetisers, Italian Indulgences, and Taste Together. If you can get past that, Italian-influenced (sorry) dishes include truffle carbonara, seared tuna steaks, and Sicilian prawn bruschetta.
