"This takeout pizza operation sits beneath an apartment complex in Buckhead off the perpetually busy Piedmont Road. The menu offers a variety of pizzas, burgers, and wings. But we really utilize this place for their cheap as hell pizza slices. At 99 cents, this is one of few places in the city where you can grab a quick bite for a dollar (we’ve seen packs of gum more expensive). Sure, the slices sometimes remind us of our high school cafeteria with crust that droops and rubbery cheese that slides right off the triangle. But when we need a fast meal that we can buy with the change we found in our couch, Brix and Stones is where we head. photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman" - Juli Horsford
