"Osteria Da Fortunata is a restaurant in Rome where people wait in line for hours to get in and spend nearly as much time arguing in various comment sections if this place is overhyped or not. We can’t contribute to that discourse, but we can tell you that their casual Miami location (the first one outside Italy) is making the best pasta on Lincoln Road. Yes, that’s kind of a low bar, but the carbonara here is rich, salty, and intensely yolk-y. It’s good enough to give you flashbacks to that Roman vacation, but the $34 price will remind you that you’re unfortunately on Lincoln Road.
