"Another week, another new restaurant that Endo Kazutoshi has a hand in opening. Kioku by Endo is a 55-seat dining room at the fancy Whitehall hotel, Raffles London at The OWO. It’s on the rooftop, with sweeping views of London and a big outside terrace. The menu will be Japanese, with dishes also inspired by Endo’s travels in Spain. We recently checked out Kioku By Endo.
