"Diners are drawn here by the warm welcome, the buzzing atmosphere, the appetising menu written on a large blackboard and, above all, by the tasty, well-crafted cuisine of chef Jérôme Bonnet. His cooking is influenced by his origins – the South of France – as one can see in dishes such as the appetising shoulder of suckling pig sautéed in a pan with Tarbais beansau jusand roasted vegetables, or the excellent riz au lait with salt crystal dulce de leche.
