"Momoyama is a sophisticated Japanese restaurant located on the 38th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul. The kitchen team offers a wide selection of Japanese cuisine from the traditional yest refined haute cuisine kaiseki-ryōri, to sushi to the one-pot nabemono and even chazuke (cooked rice steeped in hot tea, dashi or hot water). The chef is especially meticulous with ingredients, which he personally procures directly from producers.
