"The arrival of a new couple at the helm, who worked for many years alongside the former owners, has changed nothing in terms of the establishment’s concept or philosophy: regional produce is cast in the leading role (Bayeux pork, Normandy oysters, Carrouges gruyere) of the appetising lineup.
