"A new Michelin-starred arrival, this Fisterra restaurant from chef Brais Pichel offers a 55€ tasting of 12–14 dishes (depending on the day) in which top-quality ingredients are the stars; there are no permanent dishes, as Pichel works with local producers, organic vegetables, and fish and seafood from the Fisterra auction and neighbouring ports. His modern cuisine employs fermented ingredients, fresh herbs and home-made vinegars to give each plate its own personality while fully respecting the product. Terra is his personal project—after time in the kitchens of Casa Marcial and Mina—set in the former premises of his father and previously the house of his grandparents; it opened in July 2021 and is run by the chef, his cousin and right-hand man Gabriel, and one server. The tasting menu includes 12–14 small plates + bread for 55€, excluding drinks, and is served for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays." - The MICHELIN Guide
