"Although the cuisine at this restaurant is influenced by Asian concepts, the young Korean female chef uses many Tuscan ingredients in her skilfully prepared dishes which have a real individual flavour and are often inspired by Japanese cuisine (such as the gyoza noodles). The extensive menu features numerous small plates, while the prints on the wall and the wooden trays lined up on the counter give the intimate dining room an Asian feel.
