YAKUMO

"‘Yakumo’ is the name of the owner-chef’s hometown. Opening a wonton noodle restaurant kind of made sense, with the first Chinese character in ‘wonton’ and the character for ‘kumo’ happening to be the same. For the soup, you can choose between ‘Shirodashi’ made with white soy sauce or ‘Kurodashi’ made with dark soy sauce. If you can’t decide which to order at the ticket machine, just press either one and just ask for a ‘mix’, and free yourself from agonising over it!" - Michelin Inspector
