"The rather elegant Hazai Provence wellness hotel plays host to this rustic-chic bistro with a covered terrace. It’s personally run by a hands-on couple: she cooks, while he looks after their guests. They used to live in Spain and loved travelling to Italy, so you’ll find both Mediterranean and Hungarian influences in the cooking, with homemade pasta a speciality.
