"“Borgo” in Italian means “village,” helmed by Chef Stefano Di Salvo. Once up the tiny set of stairs, you are greeted with homemade dishes and liqueurs befitting the cozy space. The kitchen's signature Caldaro soup was inspired by the fisherman’s soup in Tuscany, which has good rich spicy flavor in it with chef’s own twist.
