"Part-fishmongers, part-seafood bar, The Sea, The Sea is located down a charming semi-pedestrianised mews off Sloane Square. The constantly evolving menu includes stripped-back fish and shellfish dishes that rely on the superb quality of the ingredients, with just a few well-judged accompaniments to help them sing. Some of the seafood is of prime freshness, some is dry-aged for extra depth of flavour – but it's all beautifully presented and naturally delicious. Sit on the terrace at lunchtime or in the understated interior in the evening." - Michelin Inspector
