Lanshu Chen Announces The Closing of Le Moût
"The French fine dining restaurant in Taichung turns 10 this year and will close by the end of 2018. Lanshu Chen is the head chef at award-winning Le Moût in Taichung, Taiwan. Not yet 40, Chen has already garnered many accolades and awards, among those, she was named 'Woman of the Year' in 2016 by Relais & Châteaux and is considered one of the top female chefs in Asia.
