"Situated behind Gyeonghuigung Palace, Jueun is a Korean restaurant opened by Chef Park Ju-eun, former head chef at Hansikgonggan, and his team. From design elements imbued with Korean aesthetics to elegant artifacts crafted in partnership with artisans to a media art wall occupying the length of the dining hall’s wall, every nook and cranny of the establishment highlights sincere preparation.
