I’ve brought my French touch and creativity to the menu while honoring the bar’s storied past: because it opened during a New Year’s Eve party we blend festive tradition with new cocktail trends, offering three interpretations of certain drinks—the classic, a modern riff and a champagne twist—and we boast the largest selection of bubbles in Miami.
