"Chef Goran Hrastovčak offers his personal interpretation of contemporary Croatian cuisine through two tasting menus – both also available à la carte – in which meat and fish alternate harmoniously. These are Istrian Fables and Modern Tales: the former menu pays homage to local tradition, while the latter indulges in a few more innovative touches. Also notable is the wine selection, which starts with Croatian labels and then ranges internationally, with nearly 30 offerings available by the glass.
