The tone is set as you enter into the hotel’s impressive lobby, before heading through to the restaurant itself with its chic brown and cream hues and striking marble floor. Yves’ signature French cuisine takes in both classic and modern influences, with fresh ingredients cooked with plenty of care but without fuss.
