The setting is upmarket, slick and modern, with three Japanese holly trees housed in eye-catching glass cubes. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford views onto the grounds and sculptures outside. Traditional French cuisine meets modern innovation in this kitchen, where dishes are expertly crafted with particular emphasis on regional produce. Fish from the lake and other local produce are skilfully showcased.
