The kaiseki experience is beautifully composed, elegantly paced and may feature dishes such as lotus root dumpling topped with crispy oita icefish owan or Alaskan black cod with sancho pepper. Desserts, like their matcha ice cream topped with sliced strawberries or baked apples with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon, end the meal on a sweet note.
