"The charm of tranquil Zandoerle permeates this old farmhouse, where rusticity meets stylish intimacy in perfect harmony. Hostess Laura comes outside to give diners a warm welcome and, with her team, provides impeccable service. She draws on a wealth of experience and talent despite her young age (she also makes the delicious sweet treats served with the coffee!). The same goes for chef Chiel, whose dishes reflect youthful energy. Although he draws primarily on French culinary tradition, the chef likes to add his own twist, serving dishes in a series of small plates. For instance, he stuffs sole fillets with a fish farce and serves them with exquisite beurre blanc, then he also fries the tail à la meunière and pairs it with vegetable ratatouille.
