"This convivial, MICHELIN Bib Gourmand spot is where I eat when I miss home, thanks to chef Stephane Istel’s wholesome, made-from-scratch French cooking. Terrines and pâté are made in-house, beef is dry-aged in customized fridges, saucisson, salami, and chorizo are hung to dry, and salmon is cured in an outdoor smoker; those house-cured meats crown the signature Choucroute Royale with a generous mound of refreshing fermented sauerkraut.
