"Live fish tanks at the entrance may not set this restaurant apart from its promenade rivals, but its food certainly does. Wonderfully fresh seafood is prepared using traditional home recipes that allow the high-quality ingredients to shout their name. Steamed zebra mantis shrimp on egg white custard boasts bouncy, umami-laden meat. The mantis shrimp in chilli and garlic and steamed fish in sea salt are equally good.
