"In the attractive Hotel Bülow Palais in Dresden's Baroque quarter, the bistro and winter garden have been combined in the Caroussel Nouvelle, with a stylish interior by star designer Carlo Rampazzi. At lunchtime and in the evening, there is a "Classics" menu, along with two additional tasting menus, one of which is vegetarian, on Tue-Sat evenings.
