"Tokyo’s legendary sushi-ya has opened its only overseas outpost in the Lion City. Owned and supervised by chef Ryujiro Nakamura, and helmed by his young protégé, Sushi Ryujiro Singapore offers two omakase menus that include otsumami and edomae nigiri sushi.
