"Japanese chef Takayuki Kamiya and pastry chef Claire, his French-Japanese wife, have set up shop on the seafront of Cagnes-sur-Mer. The food is inspired by their adopted homeland (Provence) and their family backgrounds. Their set menus feature dishes inspired by France and Provence (sea bass in an almond crust, courgettes and pistou) and elevated by discreet Japanese touches (wakame, oloshi sauce, yuzu).
