Flowers & Spanish Sonrisa

Spanish restaurant · Ōta

"Flowers & Spanish Sonrisa is a collaboration between the chef, Ueda, an advocate of Spanish cuisine, and his wife, who handles the flower arrangements. The Sonrisa-style meatballs are served in Spanish home-cooking style, with cream and cheese. For your choice of paella, we recommend the Arròs a Banda, cooked in a dashi of red sea bream and watari-gani. ‘Sonrisa’ is Spanish for ‘smile’, and the couple’s concept is ‘making you smile’." - Michelin Inspector
