Guests feast well on supremely fresh fish, and specials, like jellyfish strips tossed in garlic ponzu and peanut tofu with brown sugar, are attention-worthy. Maki can stray from tradition, as in the lobster roll on vacation, a roll with tempura Canadian lobster and creamy avocado.
