Modernisation work saw the historical walls and structures of the 500-year-old building carefully preserved and given an inviting, upscale look. In addition, the property boasts a gorgeous terrace. The boss herself also heads up the kitchen, zeroing in on ingredients of regional origin to cook classic and regional dishes with a modern twist.
