Chef-patron Anton Schmaus can depend on his dedicated and talented kitchen team. Under the direction of head chef Josef Weig, the two set menus – one conventional and one vegetarian – each comprise five to seven courses, with a three-course option available Tuesday to Thursday. The ingredients take centre stage in the creative dishes. For instance, the sea bass, grilled to perfection on charcoal, boasts fantastic quality, its delicate character combining wonderfully with the roasted flavours.
